GENDERED TECH explores how gender bias can be embedded in technology-from product design choices and workplace tools to data collection, algorithms, testing, and deployment. We translate research and lived experience into practical guidance that helps teams identify risk, reduce harm, and build more inclusive systems. Through real-world examples, checklists, and solution pathways, we support equitable outcomes across products, platforms, communities, and workplaces. We strive to elevate technologies and interventions that address challenges disproportionately affecting women.
